If you can KO your opponent at 125% with Sheik consistently, you really have nothing to worry about.

Ankoku tested this, it's ina thread I can't find somewhere. had to steal from one of Tristan's posts

1 Usmash Tipper: ~135% (straight upward)
2 Vanish: ~153% (60 degrees from horizontal)
3 Usmash Side: ~154% (45 degrees sideways)
4 Nair (Strong Hit): ~159% (30-40 degrees from horizontal)
5 Uair (Strong Hit): ~176% (70 degrees from horizontal)
6 Dsmash: ~178% (40 degrees from horizontal)
7 Fsmash (Second Hit): ~183% (45 degrees from horizontal)
8 Bair (Strong Hit): ~184% (40 degrees from horizontal)
9 Utilt: ~197% (70 degrees from horizontal)
10 Fair: ~201% (20 degrees from horizontal)
11 Dash: ~215% (60 degrees from horizontal)
12 Dair: ~220% (80 degrees from horizontal)
13 Dtilt: ~252% (80 degrees from horizontal)
14 Uair (Weak Hit): ~280% (60 degrees from horizontal)
15 Bair (Weak Hit): ~289% (40 degrees from horizontal)
16 Ftilt: ~299% (straight upward)

ankoku states that these are tested on mario

---> Below 125%, good luck. your best shot is to hit them far enough off to use an aggressive edgeguard to keep them off. Besides that, there's nothing more reliable to be done besides changing to Zelda.

Basically with Sheik, ignore their percentage. It will only frustrate you. Chase every hit offstage as if you could possibly get an edgeguard/edgehog, and you will end up getting them more often and early than you would doing things calculatedly.

There are some tricks I've found to getting easier kills with Sheik, however.

1) The upsmash Tipper. Sheik's only real "kill" move. If you can pull this off, you can kill people at ~90% (depdendant on character, but even against like bowser it's <120%). Practice Dash-dancing, Hyphen-Smashing, and Dash Attack Canceling. Sheik can go from a dashdance into an Upsmash just about anywhere on the level with mastery of these three techniques.
2) Offstage Nair. Sheik's Nair has the highest knockback of any of her aerials, at least with the initial extension. Running off the stage and Nairing someone who's going for the edge can get you a kill much lower than any other tactic Sheik can use.
3) Dsmash on edge. Against many characters, Sheik's Downsmash has a larger hitbox than that character has an edge sweetspot. If they're going for the ledge not out of an Up-B, you can often catch them just before they catch the ledge, which again can be fatal at mid percentages (100-120%). Dsmashing on the edge can also catch some people while they are getting up, especially if they are at over 100%.

if tristan sees this he will become sad :( if you don't know the percents as to what the ftilt combos into at higher percent then you really aren't doing a good job with sheik now are you >.<

I'm a proponent of the "just **** them so hard that they SD" strategy.
