In the event that your opponent had lower % than Bowser would it be wise for bowser to Koopa Klaw to reset the stock?

Anyway, it depends, though it's not really possible since the player with the lower percent has priority on where you land anyway.

I guess. Like I said, it depends. If you're at, like 200% and probably going to lose a stock soon anyway, then yeah.

You are asking if its a good idea to go from a losing situation to a neutral one. Basic logic much?
