If you haven't heard KishPrime has announced the opening of a new tournament in his 10 years series: The Legacy of MELEE-FC.
MELEE-FC, hosted by the Ship of Fools, is perhaps one of the oldest standing tournament series for Smash Bros. Period. It dates back to 2002 and has housed some of the greatest Smash Bros. players known to existence in both realms of Melee, Brawl, and 64.
The venue, located in South Bend, IN, is infamous for hosting some of the most epic tournaments, crew battles, and overall hype in smash history. For those of you not in the know to the right is a montage for FC-3 created by Bach from 2006. As you will notice the event even grabbed the attention of the local news team! --------->
Don't be fooled by the title! Melee-FC will also be hosting Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. 64 so everyone from all realms can get a chance to prove themselves in the Midwest. The tournament date is set to August 12-14 so begin preparations to attend now. No johns!
