Business Building Rooms 104-106 will hold Melee, Business Building Rooms 124-126 will hold Smash 4 & Pokken, and Business Building Rooms 204-206 will hold Magic the Gathering.

(We will be running Round Robin Pools if 36 or more people enter Melee Singles or Smash for WiiU Singles, otherwise, we will run a double elmination bracket)

PRICING:

Venue Fee (one-time fee upon entering your first bracket): $10

Melee 4v4 Crews Bracket: $5 (total per crew)
Melee Doubles Bracket: $10 ($5 per teammate)
Melee Singles Bracket: $10

Smash for Wii U Doubles Bracket: $10 ($5 per teammate)
Smash for Wii U Singles Bracket: $10

Pokken Tournament Singles Bracket: $10

Friendlies are free, no venue fee required!

We will also provide a venue discount to any party that carpools with at least four other people. Everyone in that car only has to pay $5 venue instead of $10

VOLUNTEERS:

We are looking for volunteers to bring set ups, help set up, and assist running the tournament. We will give venue fee back to any volunteer that brings more than 5 full setups, helps set up, helps run a stream, or TO's pools. Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering in the post we make below.

RULES:

No one is allowed to smoke or drink on campus. We have real police on campus, so if you are caught, you will be arrested. Not only that, but it will jeopardize the event and all future events.

POT SIZES:

Melee 4v4 Crews Bracket:
1st place: 70% of total pot
2nd place: 30% of total pot

Melee Doubles Bracket:
1st place: 60% of total pot
2nd place: 30% of total pot
3rd place: 10% of total pot

Melee Singles Bracket:
1st place: 50% of total pot
2nd place: 30% of total pot
3rd place: 15% of total pot
4th place: 5% of total pot
5th Place: $10 (money back)
5th Place: $10 (money back)

Smash for Wii U Doubles Bracket:
1st place: 60% of total pot
2nd place: 30% of total pot
3rd place: 10% of total pot

Smash for Wii U Singles Bracket:
1st place: 60% of total pot
2nd place: 30% of total pot

4th place: $10 (money back)

MISSION STATEMENT:

King of the Jungle is a nonprofit tournament series organized by TCNJ students. Our goal is to provide cheap competitive opportunities for new and experienced Smash players alike. We hope to have a fun enviorment where people can play, learn, and make new friends.
