Why does no one play as Black Pokemon Trainer!?

i'm pretty sure there is no black ptrain. the closest i saw was a white and black outfit where the pokemon coloring is a little faded maybe to match gameboy and gameboy color colorations...i wish there was a black ptrain cuz i'd be all over that
