Could be kid goku or regular goku, Kid Goku would be a much better character in terms of balance, but less popular.

Moveset:
His jump will be like Peach, in order to keep balance issues, he must be limited in this aspect.
A = Punch
A A = Double Punch
A Rapidly = Punch so fast that you can't see
FSmash = Strong punch
DSmash = Strong kick,
UpSmash = Uppercut
FTilt = Elbow hit
DTilt = Knee
Up Tilt = KI Blast up
B Hold Kamehameha (It's his signature move, gotta have this) [Will work like Geno's beam]
Forward+B Flash punch, It will be like fox's illusion but will have goku appear behind the enemy, and punch them from the back
Down+b = Kamehameha into the floor, this will be his unique point, this can be used as a recovery move or as an attack while in the air. It will send goku flying up. Originally I planned this for Up+b but it would feel inconvenient. To prevent too much recovery, it can only go vertical and has cannot be DI'd.
Up+B = Nimbus (Has a large delay, Goku will whistle for nimbus, and after 2 seconds it will fly in and Goku will jump on if he is the ground, or it will catch him. The nimbus will be treated like Peaches' float, but it can go in any direction. It lasts only 2 seconds.
Spirit Bomb? Maybe.
Final Smash: SuperSaiyan? Nah too unoriginal. Dragon Balls? Unethical.

It will be like Samus' final smash, introducing a whole nother character.
Goku will permanently use this pole as his new weapon, like Dedede and his hammer, or Metaknight and his sword. Although adult Goku wouldn't have much use for it, it's still a weapon he used as a kid, and a weapon is a weapon. It can extend like Dhalsim in Street Fighter, and basically enhances his character in general. Of course, once the stock is gone then he loses this weapon. His moveset will generally be the same, replacing his A attacks with the added power of this weapon. Forward smash could be the pole extending, Up smash pole extending up, etc. It could also be used as recovery since it can extend so much.
