Kernel files for modding

So I finally got some time to set up mods for Smash 4, gathered the necessary materials, and when I tried to get the strange file, or kernel files, they seem to have been deleted. And that was true for both older and "newer" mod tutorials who linked the file. I guess it has repeatedly been taken down by someone.

Is there anyone here who still has these files who could give them to me, or provide them for anyone who is still planning to mod Smash 4?
