You can get the Pictures off the SD Card.

The photos are in .jpg format, so you don't need to worry.

Alternatively, pictures taken in 3d mode would be in .mpo format, something that would need to be converted if you wanted to view it on your computer. Idk why you would take the photos in 3d, but you would not be screwed if you did. You can convert it to using this program:

It's actually the program that I use to turn side by side photos into .mpo for viewing on the 3ds, but it can be used to reverse the process as well.
