ken highlights question

hi. whats up?so... i was watching ken highlights (great vid) and about 4:00 into the vid ken is fox on onett and he performs what looks like a ceiling tech?!?!? please verify/ clarify. im confused. my reality is waiting for an answer. thanks....

It's the invisible ceiling glitch, it happens on Pokemon Stadium in the same vid as well. Happens most often with Roy's counter.

I'm fairly positive nobody knows exactly how it works, although I might be wrong. As previously mentioned, Roy's counter is very good at triggering it, it does seem to be random.
