I'm not exactly sure how you do it but does it go something like this:

For the fairs, they should be hit with the inside of the sword and when your ready to spike, tipper the fair and spike?

And what/where/how would be a good way to practice this?

I usually practice combos on lvl 1 bots but proably to get the ken combo down do it on like a lvl 1 bot marth, zelda would proably be the easiest but this combo can be DIed out by DIing the Fairs away but yes. to do the ken combo hit a fair inside of the blade then tipper then DJ rising Dair.

How?
Every single hit should be on the tip. Short Hop with Dual F-airing. When your opponent's damage goes up or they start to DI away, full hops are helpful.

Practice it on a lvl 1 CPU on VS Mode. If you can't pull off the Ken Combo, then practice it on a lvl 1 CPU on slomo melee.

no, the first Fair shouldnt not be a tipper unless They are already in the air. The first one should not be tipperd to carry them away from the stage so you can actually Spike them to death not into the ground. then after the first fair then you tip it to raise them up and then DJ rising dair.
