3 years ago, I gave my copy of Melee (that was originally gifted to me by my uncle) to to a friend of mine that really wanted it. The friend in question had only rented Melee before, but was amazingly good at it. So, deducing that I could simply get Brawl when it came out, I gifted my copy of Melee to my friend for his birthday.
I followed the Smash Dojo! blogs and, despite discovering that the game had cut characters, I got it anyway once it came out. I quickly began to miss Melee.
Now, three years later, I finally arsed myself to get a used copy of Melee, but not all things are as I remember them...
Like, for instance, wasn't Mewtwo's ledge-climb supposed to be him doing this awesome David-Bowie-From-Labyrinth-Defying-Gravity-Walk-Back-On-Stage-Thing?
