Jump combo

I've seen combos like one IC does the grab then down, then nana jumps on the ennemy, then rejump, and then popo uses an iceblock.
I just can't do it, give me an hint, a timer :D

Thats a footstool chaingrab, which can lead to an ice block lock, or a regrab.

When you do the down throw with Popo, hold forward and mash the jump button and Nana will jump on the opponent, then press B to shoot an ice block.
