Sorry, i dont. People wont show up, you must find them. Ask around, stick posters in school/college. Facebook might help. Then you could introduce them to the smash community if they didnt know about it. Step by step, then theyll play competetively.

You could also just wait for smash 4 (i know itll be a long while) and then youll be able to find alot of people
