You might have to utilt once or twice in between for the double fthrow to work, but who knows

I've pulled off f-throw -> f-throw a few times but I don't know if it's because it combos or because the person wasn't good enough at getting out. Regardless, a pretty cool combo.

Just to clarify, F-throw -> F-throw on Falcon isn't really a combo.
Falcon has exactly 4 frames (after the grabstun) to jump out before being grabbed a second time.

Is the computer not quick enough to escape? I tried the double fthrow with the CPU set to attack and jump (as it says in the description of the video) and it worked.

With a pivot it does i think, JPeal, wanna test? Also, double pivot reverse grab like in tambor's vidss.

Yes people have tested it, I think Tambor has a video with it (Falcon on Falcon 2 I think)
