Smash 3DS Jigglypuff unlockable requirements different?

so i wanted to be the working one and unlock everyone through classic mode (except wario and rob cuz u can't with them) and i played 25 classic runs and i didnt unlock it at all. i have everyone else except her, is this happening to anyone?

I have randomly unlocked the pink puffball after doing a 100 man smash x.x I have no idea how to unlock most of these characters so I'm just doing stuff and unlocking them along the way haha

uhh somehow i unlocked jigglypuff after i went in a game with captain falcon even tho i've only played 75 times in solo 1v1

You can unlock all character with 120 vs matches if you want.

Oddly enough, I have been unlocking all of my characters through Smash Run. Every Smash Run there is a new character. Maybe it is based on who I am using but IDK

I just unlocked Jigglypuff through finishing 100-Man Smash for the first time and not Wario as people been saying, man these requirements are so mixed up everywhere.

Before or after you unlocked Wario? and funny enough I just gotten him in the match right after my 100 Man Smash unlock.

Jigglypuff requires a certain number of Equipment, or the 120 vs matches. Prima guide lists it as unlock 30 pieces of equipment.

Nah, I don't think it's totally random - at least, VS mode unlocks aren't.
