Jigglypuff Priority over the KO punch??

So I wanted to have people see this and maybe tell me what they think is actually going on here? Lol

Because I don't know if I've actually discovered anything useful, probably not. But it undeniably doesn't look right.

The video is to blurry to tell what went on.
From what I can tell, it appears that Jigs attacked which made Little Mac fly away.
Any character can survive the K.O. Punch at 0%.
My guess is that they both attacked at the same time, so they both got the effect of the move.

Little Mac's KO punch has MUCH less knockback and probably less damage in the air. His move didn't get outpriotized, you guys just hit at the same time. Nintendo really wanted Little Mac to be complete garbage in the air lol.
