People could just check out each subforum's moveset thread or the universal frame data pastebin. You're operating under the assumption that this information isn't easily verifiable without turning the game on, which is wrong.

As an aside, for Jigglypuff's Rest, the flower can (and should) be shaken off via button presses. It usually doesn't stay on someone for longer than 10% extra damage.
