Err.. Anyone have any tips for that matchup?

It's like impossible to combo luigi and luigi can mostly spam u+b against your combos and you get owned..

So, any insight how to do decently on such a match-up?

This probably isn't a true combo, but I've been able to pull off fair/nair chains on Luigi at mid percents.

Know when utilt chains/utilt->rest stops working.

And when combos aren't working out, nair spam ftw!

Nair is your best bet , Avoid Upair AT ALL COSTS, specially at low %s.

Pound if you need to , Uptilt on the ground and follow up with a grab or short hop away to reset positions. Im pretty sure Jiggz is faster then Weegee. Try using that to your advantage while playing a safe game

Jiggly is faster then Luigi and has alot more high priority, Horizontal attacks, use them, dont aproach from below or above :p

Drill combos will still work if you can DI chase. Utilt chains into rest will work as well, but you really have to know when it stops comboing, lest you meet your fiery death.

And someone should test out the nair/fair chain and see if it combos. I've pulled it off plenty of times before, but I've never actually tested it out in training mode.

Utilt on a grounded Luigi to rest will connect until around 70% before the utilt, but most of the time it's going to be utilt chain to rest (so Luigi will be already in the air when he's hit up). In that case, I would cut off the utilt chain and go for the rest at 50-60%.

You should verify these on training mode, as they are just estimates.

I just try this and it wasnt that hard i beat him in Saffron City and Yoshi Island. And i lost on a sudden death on P. Peach castle. All of this with three minutes matches. My tip: don use B attacks, you dont need them.In S.C i was able to combo him with Uair,Uair,Fair,Fair,KO. Dont use Dair he will f*** you.
Edit when more matches played.(Sorry for bad english)
Win sudden death in DK stage and Dreamland. Remember grabbing is your friend.
