For those who care to know, Calm Mind Raikou needs to be at least +3 to 2HKO 24/232 Calm Blissey with Aura Sphere, +4 if you're not using LO and +5 if you're not using LO and want it to be guaranteed.
I would just use a physical attacker to clear Blissey out. Plus, the last time I checked her usage was dropping so you may not even need to worry about her.
NP on Celebi is great for a number of reasons, subsalac for one. Baton passing from a pokemon that isn't Togekiss. Don't forget that Celebi has base 100 in every stat, wether you're boosting or passing with NP its going to be pretty useful.

so, what you guys are saying is have celebi baton pass to Raikou?
According to Serebii "the official site indicates that the Legendary Beasts hold a secret other than the details given. This indicates that the three Pokémon will unlock something." and claim they can't find anything in any of the current games. Pokemon Black/white unlockable? Corocoro mentioned something about showing how to get Zoroak next issue.

An event that helps unlock something in Black / White which isn't an event, because as CRASHiC said, an event for an event would be kinda weird..

They apparently do unlock something in B/W. I guess that confirms that these games will be able to trade with 4th gen games.
