Every Friday the Gaming Goat in Joliet, Il hosts a competitive tournament starting around 10:30-11pm. The Goat also hosts Magic: The gathering, Yughioh, Pokemon, and Vanguard card tournaments at various times throughout the week. They open at 1pm and close at 1am every day. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and familiar with the games that they host.
This Venue is ideal for anyone around the Shorewood/ Plainfield/ Joliet/ New Lenox/ Frankfurt area.
As of now only Smash Wiiu is played and only once a week, if anyone would like to attempt to start a Melee/ Brawl community and there is a decent turnout the owners would be willing to talk about starting weeklys.
