Not a bad list, but I usually like lists that are 40 characters long and don't have too many longshots... I'd say add in Sonic and replace Mallow with Ridley and I'd be pretty happy with the whole thing/ think it's got a good chance.

EDIT: Well that's funny, I made this post without reading page 3... Don't yell at me for Ridley (but he has probably twice the chance Mallow does...)

A lot of people are saying that. Maybe cuz he's not very fighter like, but seriously...was luigi ever the kind of fighter?

For the last spot you should add Meowth.... I mean, I know he is not that liked but he has pretty much high chances since he was planned for the two past games (at least melee) and would an awsone and unique new character

Mallow... yeah!!! I hope so! only problem is he's been in only one game, probably a lot of characters out there that pull rank over him... oh well.
