Jab reset properties

Hey guys,

Does anyone know when a jab reset will make the person get up, or simply lose their ability to get up attack? I know it has something to do with the characters weight and percentage, but does anyone have any concrete data?

I'm not sure if it's based on weight or percentage. All I know, is that it works on anyone that is laying on the floor due to a missed tech or something else. As long as you jab them while they're laying down, the jab reset works. Unless: you jab a little too late, they can buffer a roll. Or they can smash DI so it's not a jab reset. Like how Falcon's do vs. Sheik.
