Speed Boost
Modest
252 Speed/ 252 SpA/ 4 Def

~Bug Buzz
~Air Slash
~Protect
~Hypnosis

Lead Yanmegas are so much fun to use, especially the part when you abuse his protect for a free speed boost! Hypnosis usually puts the opponent to sleep, and Bug Buzz and Air Slash kill the many ninjask leads...

@leftovers
Careful
252 HP/ 80 Atk/ 168 Def/ 8 SpD

~Trick Room
~Shadow Sneak
~Pain Split
~Ice Punch

My genious creation. this dusknoir is set to take two hits, activate Trick room, then wreak all sorts of havoc... he works great! the EVs are set to withstand the Mostly Physical Dark moves out there. Ice Punch is very offensive.

@life orb
Adamant
252 Atk/ 244 HP/ 12 Def

~Meteor Mash
~EQ
~Pursuit
~Thunderpunch

This Is CBgross, with out the CB, Pursuit over Explosion, and this set has also worked out well. 252 atk, cause you know Metagross needs it... It's a beast no matter if he outspeeds or not.

@Expert belt
Timid
252 SpA/ 252 Speed/ 4 Def

~Tri-Attack
~Ice Beam
~Thunderbolt
~Dark Pulse

This thing is a giant beast that strikes fear into the heart of many. Ghosts expecting a Tri attack get a nasty Dark Pulse. Bolt Beam is very good against many, and Tri-Attack, well you know. speed is set to outspeed as much as it can.

@leftovers
Bold
148 HP/ 252 Def/ 108 SpD

~Thunderbolt
~Flamethrower
~Toxic
~Softboiled

Do i really need to explain? *raises up anti-Flame army of Gyrados, Milotic, and Vaporeon* Flamethrower and TB take out Steels

@leftovers
Impish
252 HP/ 168 Def/ 88 SpD

~EQ
~Slack Off
~Stealth Rocks
~Roar

I don't see why this isn't used alot... Late Game Stealth Rocks are very effective, roar is anti set up, Slack off recover, and EQ is for attacking... This guy has done alot for my team...
PS-are there any other items other than Leftovers i could use? it doesn't seem right to have 3 leftovers on a team...

With this set, you absolutly without a doubt in my mind need a focus sash as the item. The off chance hypnosis misses you are done for otherwise.

Certainly unique. Trick room helps most of this team out and this certainly isn't an exception. My advice is to either drop will-o-wisp and make this an offensive set or drop trick room and make it defensive. You need stab (shadow sneak) and brick break on dusknoir always, so those should take priority over ice punch and a suport move.

Interesting. I do think this would be better with a band as what it can't hit effective isn't getting any of that stat boost (which is mostly bulky ground types that will murder Metagross unless you switch).

You'd also be much better going for a choice option on this thing. Life orb recoil adds up fast and coupled with passing damage and hits from pokes that otherwise hate you (tyranitar, anything with a figthing move) you won't be lasting all that long.

Seismic toss over ice beam, flamethrower over thunderbolt. You need the neutral hit against the steel types that happily absorb toxic like no tomorow

Most people don't mind item clause, so keep Lefties. Standard set and it works, so no changes needed.
Coments in bold. Great team so far.

i never thought i'd get a compliment for a team i made, Thanx!

i'm afraid to change though, this team won more than it lost....

Edit. Ignore the 2nd line of the post, i can be stupiditly dumb and defensive on criticism.

Edit 2. ANYWAYS

focus sash on Yanmega is reasonable, but i haven't been in miss and die scenario yet... i'll switch and see how it goes.

I should switch the items on Z and Metagross, since Meta's HP handles Life Orb, and Z is more of a Super Effective hitter

your right about bliss and steel types, though wouldn't Flamethrower over TB be more effective? since Empoleon is the only steel type resisting fire, and you got Bronzong and Gross walling blissey's pathetic attack stat'd seismic toss... i dunno, your call.

Some of those changes are pretty important if you want to be able to stand a chance against some counters. Just experiment with my ideas and see what you come up with.

Are there any particualr pokes that give you trouble? That could help us determin what we need to change in order to help your team out.

Much better. You still might want to change one of your offensive moves on blissey to Seismic toss.
