Also I believe mods say they're enforcing the rules so you don't kill the messenger. They're suppose to enforce the rules whether they want to or not...

Gray areas are typically left alone though; the trick is to use the stuff that falls in grey areas.

most forum rules are arbitrary dumb **** that no one cares about.

i can understand stuff like posting pictures of porn or flooding a thread, stuff that actually matters to the success of the forum.

but warning someone for posting twice in a row or posting "in b4 lock" is NOTHING more than a mod getting a hard-on because he gets to be the nerd police
