edit: To clarify, I want to create an ENTIRELY NEW sfx package. I don't want to recycle Melee, 64, or Brawl sfx if I don't have to. The biggest question is; Does it require a super time consuming hex editor like the previous method that only worked on Riivo? I'd prefer to keep using this method instead of the hackless and whatever else for personal reasons. If it works like I want it to, I will release my nearly fully custom sfx package to the public. I can essentially create high quality sounds at a whim because I'm kinda awesome at it. Get hype or whatever it is you kids say these days.
