Item-spawning equipment

Apprantatly there's no list of what type of equipment each item-spawning qguipment is where, so what are they (For example, only characters with swords can start with lip's stick, only boots for stars, and all can use ray gun, etc)

As far as I know, it's random. I have a Lip's Stick part for more than just sword characters, and as far as "boots for stars" is concerned, I have no idea what that is.

Only boots for star rod, Though, if it random, that answers my question
