After speaking with El Refugio, who says he isn't interested in ITASH, considering that it is very complicated and long currently to make your own items to work (not that difficult to make the .pac files, which is fairly easy, but you have to compress them into common3.pac and all that which takes forever atm) so I was wondering if anybody was interested in trying to make it.

I honestly have no idea how but here is a guide on how to make your own items and have them work right now, I am hoping this will be streamlined:
