There is a way around it though, you put something in the video description, some sort of act, then Youtube can't do diddly squat.

I remember there was a video that WMG muted COMPLETELY just because there was a copyright infringing song playing at the beginning of a video FOR 5 SECONDS. What's even more hilarious is that a just-as-long sample of that song can be listened to for free at the itunes store.
