Late last night, our entire factory burned to the ground! How horrible! I'm afraid that this isn't very good. It means that we must delay Brawl again--it will now be launching March 21st, 2012. I really do hope you understand.

There was an interview with the creator of Megaman that said he wasn't contacted by Nintendo yet to involve him in Brawl. But, he could be fibbing.

It's unlikely but it could have just been a bluff (I doubt it, but there's a chance), don't lose all hope yet. Once the game's released or leaked we'll see who's there and who isn't.
