Issues with Tournament Thread

I've lost the power to control the location, time, date, and other things concerning my thread. As a T/O, this bothers me because this is creating confusion among the prospective entrants, and I'm having less and less control over editing the thread as more and more developments arise for the event. This only started happening after the site started messing up a bit, and I've never had this issue before.

Is this even the right place for this?
Is anyone else having this problem?
Any suggestions?
