Is up throw shine on fox guaranteed

Hey all,

Ive been playing recently with my practice partner and he plays fox and he's been able to shine me as I'm going for a shine or even sometimes nair off of up throw and id like to know if its just not guaranteed, if I'm doing it to late, or if it doesn't work on low percents cause I never see this happen at the pro level.

It's guaranteed at low percents if you're fast enough. If you can predict which way they're going without hesitation you can pull it off.

I feel like it would depend a lot on your opponent's DI

All followups on falcos throws are completely dependant on DI.

Just follow the DI and it should work at low percents
