Absolutely not, at least not current, it lacks Ike, and (as mentioned before) Pokemon trainer, both of which are confirmed, so even if it was Nintendo's, it's a set of possibilities which are subject to change, and have been changed.

I signed on just to laugh at these people. I'm an aspie, and even I can see it's sarcasm.

Sarcasm isn't entirely tone of voice, but ridiculousness of what is said. This is clearly too ridiculous to be taken at face value. Had he been a TC, then you could think he's some n00b, but he's just some random guy who comes in and says this.

The sarcasm can also be seen in the way he formatted it (explanation first, then giving some crazy reason why it's true) and his use of the word "totally" (though it would have done well to be italicized.
