Sakurai has said that they will be able to "release something better" than the previously confirmed screenshots for E3...hopefully "something better" is his way of meaning a glorious trailer.

2. By "Nintendo previously announced," they're referencing Iwata's announcement during that last big Nintendo Direct. Again, no new info.

It would, plus I don't really see the reason of them failing to put up a demo version of the game. They do have a larger and more efficient developing team for SSB4.

I imagine a trailer and some screen shots. I don't know their release schedule, but making a demo for a game takes a lot of resources(TIME). And that time could be used to actually develop the game. I don't think they have to sell people on the concept of SSB unless there is a radical change.

That's a good point, I wouldn't want them to do anything too ambitious that just results in a delayed release. Just the accustom epic trailer, even by itself I think would be alright. For me anyway.

like I said in another post, if it's going to be hacked and reveal everything a year in advance I rather there be no demo, it happened with playsation all stars and it killed the hype
