Is this capture card suitable for melee?

'good for melee' is a pretty bad thing to say lol
All a capture card does is record the A/V output onto your computer, it doesn't really matter what game it is.
Dazzles are easy to use but there are a few drawbacks:
-Better quality can be obtained from other capture devices
-Can only use Pinnacle Studio, which is stupid software
It really depends on your needs, which you haven't stated other than saying 'good for melee'
