Is there really a "Best Falco Player" out there?

They're all pro (vids sticky, PC Chris, Forward, etc. ) and what not, so are their skills just about the same? Generic question I could've asked for any character, but I like Falco, so.. :D

Progress so far: I'm actually attempting to use the shine. Surprisingly making a little progress too. omgwtfhax :o
Besides that, improving overall with the usual Falco game.

I also rember hearing a while back that people in Japan don't consider Bombsoldier to be the best Falco in Japan anymore but I haven't heard him be considered a joke. And from what I understand PC Chris is the best or at least he seems to give Ken the most trouble.

Seriously though bombsoldier is overrated at this point if anyone thinks hes the best. He was legitimized by the fact that did very well against Ken 2 years ago, but remember he still didn't win. Even if he's better now people seem to forget that so many of the players over here have improved since then to a great degree. I'm not saying bombsoldier is a bad falco but I have no way of knowing how seriously he plays, how much better he's gotten and apparently according to japanese rankings hiko is the higher ranked falco player or something like that (this is based on word of mouth I actually know nothing about the japanese scene, just what I've heard).

I don't really bother looking too much at the scene outside of the US since this one seems to be the most competitive and thusly brings out the best players. PC Chris is the highest ranked falco player to my knowledge, though forward's falco definitely wins the sexiness award making him the obvious choice for no. 1 in the US.

The only reason Hiko is rated higher than Bombsoldier is because Hiko actually attends tournaments.

I would dissagree about bombsoldier. I think Bombsoldier was truly a catatlyst in the way people played falco. There are quite a few players that would probably lay wood to bombsoldier at this point.

But it doesn't matter. There isn't really a best falco, some exceptional ones and a ****load of really good ones all contending to be #1.

The one thing you have to remember about Bombsoldier, and I readily admit that I am not better than he is, is that he has no mind games. He's a **** near prodigy when it comes to perfect tech execution, but he has no mind games, so all in all he won't be as effectives as people like PC Chris, who is the best Falco in the States.
