I was going to ask how to land the Up-Tilt, but there doesn't seem to be FAQ here. . .unless I'm really really stupid?

You land the uptilt by playing and trying to do it until it works.

you land hitboxes by placing them strateejikly. if you did it right, it will connect with their hurtbox

You can up-tilt opponents when they are laying on the ground (or as they hit the ground before teching , be aware that it can be crouch canceled in curtain situations).
