Is there a way to swap songlists on certain stages?

As in, could I switch the songlists for two stages, thus giving more/less song slots on the stages? I want more slots in Delfino's Secret and Dreamland. How do I do this?

I've had this question for a while. Someone told me it was impossible, but it's not because the PM team managed to do it with Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2.
