Taking a .gct and exporting the codes in it to a .txt?

I need to edit it, but I lost the .txt file.

Disregard this post; I misunderstood the question ._. I posted how to open a text file in Code Manager and export it as one but I didn't realize you were trying to open a GCT and export it as txt.

I think there used to be a little program for this... maybe. I know there was a guide on how to do it with a hex editor. I don't know who to ask.
