Is the limited Smash Bros. New 3DS XL coming to Europe/USA?

So, I planned to buy the limited 3DS XL which arrives in October with Sm4sh. Now, with the new version coming the next year, that's obviously out of the table, since I wanted to upgrade from my original 3DS all year and now I possibly want to get Xenoblade Chronicles 3DS too (even if I already played it on Wii).
I really liked the limited Sm4sh though. In Japan they're getting it also in the New XL version. I'm willing to wait next year without problem and get 3DS Sm4sh retail for now, but is it coming or what? I'm not getting a 3DS XL, especially not the limited one, if they're going to announce more games exclusive to the New XL. Not getting ****ed like that.
This is just a ****ing mess anyway.

It probably will, if they've put all this effort in adding more features and RAM.

Especially if they've implemented the Amiibo NFC, since we know we're getting Amiibo everywhere else.

I know the normal New 3DS / New 3DS XL are going to come to Europe. The one I'm wondering about is this one:

But I'm sure it will. If not the new 3DS has face plates. So you'll be able to purchase one for it with smash on it most likely.

Eh, not the same thing at all honestly. Do we have a precedent for this? Like I think the limited Fire Emblem one cam out when the XL launched.
