Because Mewtwo can't have any bad matchups... There's tons of characters that struggle when there's multiple Macs.Easy for you to say. Get put in a room with 2 mac's after you was all sorts of fun.
Just saying in some stages and especially if you go into FG FFA's you will be in the thick of things regardless. Sometimes keeping your distance isn't an option. And let's be honest getting Mewtwo into Kill percent in FFA is rather easy.Because Mewtwo can't have any bad matchups... There's tons of characters that struggle when there's multiple Macs.
I'd say Robin is worse off then Mewtwo... Robin has high priority aerial attacks, great projectile game albeit limited to uses within a set time period AND has a Dsmash that deceptively hits on both sides with a fair bit of range on both ends too.I'd say Robin is worse off then Mewtwo... Point is that there's worse balanced characters then Mewtwo. This ain't a beta test, we're stuck with him.
He's not great at getting KOs though. Yaknow, the important part of FFAs. Mewtwo is, and again he's more mobile so he can avoid chaos and snag items. Robin really isn't that good because he needs to charge Thoron in levels, where Mewtwo will eventually get that fully charged Shadow Ball.Robin has high priority aerial attacks, great projectile game albeit limited to uses within a set time period AND has a Dsmash that deceptively hits on both sides with a fair bit of range on both ends too.
I'd say play your cards right and Robin can create the space he needs. He's also heavier and lives longer.
Um Robin can store his current charge by shielding or rolling just like Mewtwo or Samus can. Guess I just don't like being campy in FFA. I want to get in and tear stuff apart. He's not great at getting KOs though. Yaknow, the important part of FFAs. Mewtwo is, and again he's more mobile so he can avoid chaos and snag items. Not exactly. Robin has to charge whole levels for it to count, a trait only shared with DK. A fact exploited well in the Pit vs. Robin matchup.Um Robin can store his current charge by shielding or rolling just like Mewtwo or Samus can. Guess I just don't like being campy in FFA. To put it more clearly: if Robin interrupts, say, a charge from Elthunder to Arcthunder, he'll have to start chargingNot exactly. Robin has to charge whole levels for it to count, a trait only shared with DK. A fact exploited well in the Pit vs. Robin matchup.
