I honestly think he IS S Tier but I wanna see what other people think. Main reason why I think he is S Tier is because his Up + B, his Smash Attacks, and his Nair and UpAir. I know that isn't everything good about him (for example, his Down B is crazy with any character that relies on projectiles, and his neutral B is crazy when edgegaurding) but that's his main strengths I see people focus on.
