Is it possible to True Shoryu OOS?

Unless you're really damn near frame perfect to jump OOS and immediately True Shoryu, it seems impossible. It'd be an amazing punish tool as normal UPB OOS is already really good.

I've tried it in training a lot and its incredibly hard to do consistently, and like you said I'm not sure you can do a grounded OOS True Shoryuken. I would rather work on perfect shielding and just follow up a perfect shield with a true shoryuken.

This seems like the best plan tbh, I'll work on my perfect shielding and normal up b oos, as both are really good options.

Alright so. You can buffer the input while in shield. However, TSRK does not jump cancel for whatever reason. Normal up b does but TSRK doesn't.
