is it possible to spike with pikachu in brawl?

The title pretty much tells it all. I know that his tail spike is gone in brawl. But is there possibly any other way.

talkspike can push some chars out of recovery range.... but he has the same footstool hop as everyone else and that works to a degree.

It works wonderfully on float characters.
