Is it possible to counter fox's up air after an up throw as marth?

this is something that i have wondering for a while and i tried it out for a while and couldn't seen to do it, but just looking for some conformation.

Not on any good percentages. The fox can kill with the up air before you can counter out. Additionally counter is a huge commitment. If the fox allows you the time to get out of hitstun I wouldn't recommend throwing out that laggy of a move. Just focus on di ing the throw and smash di ing the up air. It's more reliable and less of a commitment.

Like MarthZ said, It's not very great to counter it. Just DI it.

I'm sure its possible, probably only when they are doing a bad U-Air or just late, it may be similar to when Hbox, or some other puff, rests after an up throw before a Fox's U-Air comes out.

Not really that similar, since rest is a 1 frame move that is invincible the first frame, so you only need to be actionable for exactly 1 frame to punish the fox. Marth's counter has considerably more start up lag, so it's more reliant on the fox messing up.
