Is Falcon's ledge-hop Bair AI. Any Good?

I keep getting this when I delay the DJ from ledge and let myself fall for a few frames first. I don't know if this is any good, but it feels pretty fast. In theory it has less landing lag than a waveland, but idk if a perfect WL is just better and faster overall.

Anyone know the frame data for this? I'd be curious to find out. Also, this feels much easier than a perfect ledge-dash, so there's that to consider, lol.
