Well, I'm always on irc with people from Serenes Forest [another forum(fire emblem forum)] and I wanted one for us, so should I do it, well the real question is who will use it because if no one will then whats the point.

IRC is Internet Relay chat.

It was used by the military as a means of communication.

It is the forerunner to chat rooms and AIM etc...

IRC is more useful than those twoin soem ways though.

First of all you can "control" IRC by different commands inputted through type.

You have more direct access to someone computer depending on how you go about connecting.

I've never actually made my own but wouldn't it be easier if someone made a website or something for the artwork emporium?
