TL;DR - New Smash Ultimate Weekly or more tournament series. Doing 2 events per week for release of Ultimate. Sign ups are free, $50 prize pool. You can find the links to the brackets below!
Casually Competitive is a weekly (or more) Smash Ultimate tournament with the goal of providing fun tournament experiences for both casual and competitive players. It's free to enter and has a $50 prize pool each week!
We want to keep this tournament fun and intend to do so by changing the format for each event. Some tournaments will offer a more competitive 20XX experience (3 stocks, 8min, no items, no smash meter), while others will cater more toward the crazy fun casual experience that Smash has to offer as well (coin battle, all items, Rainbow Cruise, Smash meter on, etc.). We want each tournament to provide a different experience to make it something worth showing up to each week as you will never know what to expect! In order to participate you only need a Challonge account!

Saturday 12/8 - 2PM EST: Casually Competitive 1 - Better Unlock Your Main
