Does anyone know where i can get the wii Lan adapter besides the internet. if theres not thats fine but im just trying to figure out if theres a another or better way of getting it??

Look in a electrostore
there are more brand's of lan adapters then only nintendo, but i recommend the nintendo lan aptapter!

I'm pretty sure you can now get them at like, almost anywhere they sell Wiis. I think I saw one at a Target a week ago.

If there's a usb cable plugged into my modem and runs to my computer, could i unplug the end thats plugged into my computer and plug it into my wii and that give me the connection? or is the Wii lan Adapter the only thing you can use??

No. Output is ethernet.

And even using a classic Usb-to-ethernet adaptater for PC, it won't work. In fact, only a few works (depends on the chip used). This is why you should buy one specifically designed for Wii, such as the provided models by Nintendo and Datel.
