I will include many of characters that I want to see to be in Brawl, along with their chance number that I think they will have.

All of chances that I gave to characters is based on reasonable opinion of people, Sakurai's comments, and my logic. I am really sorry that if I offended any of you, but I can be wrong.

Sakurai don't care how popular characters is, so Sakurai want to put the characters depend how interesting or unique characters would be.

Feel free to make a requests, at long it is more reasonable characters that would have chance to be in Brawl. Thanks!

Lucario (He would have like 80% chance to become playable character becuase he seem reasonable character to represents 4th generation even I dont play third and fourth generation yet)

King Dedede (He might have 65% chance to be in Brawl.)

Falco (He is clone, however would they remove Fox's best friend and cocky falcon. I have that feeling that he will return with new movesets. Chance to remains in Brawl is 75%)
Krystal (90% chance to be in Brawl. Sakurai knew that we need more woman characters and unique weapon (aka Staff) It would be nice to see Krystal with new looks and staff)
Star Wolf (60% chance to be in Brawl. Wolf were suppose to be in Melee according to source so he was removed in last minute so I guess they might try to put him again so I boost his chance by alittle)

F-Zero Series
Captain Falcon - (99% chance to be in Brawl)
Samurai Gordan - Wrong (I never expect Assist Trophy at all. He has become Assist Trophy)
Black Shadow - (35% chance to be in Brawl as well. I think Captain Falcon might be only one to represent his series again)

Golden Sun Series
Issac (50% Chance to be in Brawl if anyone would remember that series)
Felix (40% Chance to be in Brawl if anyone would remember that series and I am sure that one of two choice would be only one to represent the series)

Animal Crossing Series
Tom Nook (Most requested character from this series is Tom Nook. I think Tom Nook would be very good representation of this series; Animal Crossing. I think he might have 60% chance to be in Brawl.)
Smasher (Human from Animal Crossing, I think he will have 50% chance to be in Brawl)
Amount of Character - 0 to 1

Pikimin Series
Captain Olimar (One of interesting concept that everyone have been sharing around. Some of people's theories interested me so he might have good chance to be in Brawl. Captian Olimar will have 75% chance to be in Brawl)

Advance War Series
Andy - I think that Advance War should have one representative since it become somewhat popular along with people for portable device like Game Boy or NDS (I would give him 55% chance to appear in Brawl)
Amount of Character - 0 to 1

Fire Emblem Series
Ike - Correct ( I totally saw him coming, but I didn't expect to see him become starter character)
Marth (He will have 85% chance to be in Brawl)
Sigurd (He were suppose to be in SSBM but he was replaced by Roy so Sakurai still love Sigurd so he might want to put him in Brawl but who know so I will give him 50% chance)
Roy (Many people knew that he might have low chance to came back to Brawl but He was beloved by many players include myself so I will give him 35% chance to returning with new movesets)
Lyn - Correct (I gave her 15% chance to become playable character so she become assist trophy.)
Hector (One of popular character along with American players. I am not sure about Japanese. Therefore, I will give him 45% chance to be in Brawl.)
Amount of Characters - 2 to 4

Earthbound (Mother) Series
Ness (He will have 80% chance to be in Brawl)
Flint (He might have 15% Chance to be in Brawl, but he was popular with posters becuase of his amusing gif of him using ropes and 2x4 boards)
Lucas (I would give him 40% chance to shown up in Brawl, depend on his movesets since he might have similar moveset to Ness.)
Poo (I have heard his name for many times so he will have 20% chance to shown in Brawl so I am thinking that Ness might be only one person to represent Earthbound as America missing out alot of good stuffs from Mother 3)
Claus (I would give him 45% chance to be in brawl)
Amount of Characters - 1 to 2

Retro Characters
Pit - Correct
Ice Climber - Correct
Mr.Game and Watch (I will give him 85% chance to returning)
Mach Rider (We know that he are supposed to be in Melee but was removed in last minute so They decided to leave his music in Melee, so I would give him about 30% chance to be in Brawl)
Balloon Fighter (Other interesting character but he might be pointless with three balloons but he will have strong arms since he flipped his arms too much so I would give him like 45% chance to be in Brawl (Do you want to know why; becuase he was in Super Smash Brother Melee Beta Verison but he was removed)
Little Mac (I would give him about 60% chance to be in Brawl becuase Sakurai comments that he really like Little Mac but we know that he can not play by favorism so It is hard to tell tho)
Amount of Characters - 3 to 5

Third Party Characters
Snake - Correct
Sonic (95% chance to be in Brawl (depend on Sega's answers since Nintendo already send them a messages and requests Sonic to be in Brawl. I have good feeling that Sonic will be in Brawl)
Megaman (50% chance to be in Brawl (depend if they are willing to make deal with Capcom)
Geno (75% chance that he will be in Brawl becuase Square-Enix and Nintendo have been friendly to each other lately. Square-Enix have been releasing alot of games to Nintendo and announced some of new games for Wii and DS. (Also helping them to make Hoop 4 vs 4 (Basketball games with Mario)
Bomberman (35% chance that he will be in Brawl but Hudson have been supporting Nintendo for long time so there is still hope for Bomberman)
Amount of Characters - 2 to 3

Misc Characters

Ray 01 (My friend have been pestering me to add him to character list since he love robots. I would give that character 35% chance because I don't know what he do or how he fight so I think he might have jet packet and etc)

Regional Characters
Lip (She will have 50% chance to be in Brawl since she might be one of interesting character with poison flower weapon)
Takamaru (He will have 85% chance to be in Brawl becuase two popular samurai characters have become assist torphy; Samurai Goroh and Lyn.)
Sukapon (I will give him 70% chance to be in brawl due to his votes in poll and extremely popular in Japan, along with some of american.
Demiru (I will give him 45% chance to be in Brawl. I think he would be very interesting character, so he would be good addition to character roster)

Regional characters is on way but I want to research for more characters that have high chance and favorite characters that have low chance.

Basically 85% or higher meant they will be in game for sure. (IMO) (So Luigi will be shoot in)

Falco is pretty popular in Japan, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him to be in Brawl, so that's why he have high chance, even he is clone.

Mewtwo is not extremely popular in Japan and America (I think but I dont have any evidence to back it up as I admit) so he might remove, so Lucario can replace him and steal one of his move. That Psybeam or whatever it is will become Aura Ball for Lucario.

Not Toad, he's already been deconfirmed. He wouldn't have much of a moveset anyway...

Luigi WILL reutrn so you are right on that and Bowser Jr. is the only OTHER villain that has the best chances of returning.

DK Series-

K. Rool is... eh. I'd prefer Dixie Kong or another Kong.

Wario Series-
Why the heck not Waluigi? Even fatties need friends...

Yoshi Series-

Kamek, man. Yoshi really shouldn't be lonely...

Ganondorf's battle was simply to awesome to ignore in Twilight Princess.
He's in without a doubt. Shiek is a maybe. Since she was only in one game, the best one. I don't see Young Link returnng, nor should WW Link come. Wolf Link DOES sound interesting, and Vaati is a sad story of a villain.

Pokemon Series-

Neither did I... that was something...
Oh, I meant Deoxys being a Pokeball char. Oh, you meant Pokemon Trainer? Yeah, he was a surprise. Furthermore, Lucario or Darkrai should be the fourth gen rep, although I'd prefer Darkrai, since he has a movi in Japan. Sure, Lucario's was worldwide, perhaps, but Darkrai is MUCH more popular in Japan. Since Jigglypuff was as well... you SHOULD expect some of Darkrai. Pichu is dead. Mewtwo needs to be tweaked to get into Brawl. Jigglypuff s in either way.

Kirby Series-

Dedede has a much higher chance than that. Like, 90 percent. Not only is hepossibly the most widely wanted char, but he is about number two on Sakurai's list.

Metroid-
Let's not forget Sylux. Or Weavile. Or Noxus. They rock too. Dark Samus WILL be a clone. Ridley is big, but is he big enough to be a mere boss?

Star Fox-
Falco was a useless clone. He needs to move over for Wolf and Krystal.

Fire Emblem-
SCREW SIGURD. I said it. Black Knight >>>>> Sigurd. Roy is dead. Marth is a SLLLLIM maybe, so I think it should be this: Roy is replaced with either Soren or Stephan. Sigurd is killed off by Black Knight. MArth is in a deathmatch with Boyd. THATS what I should see.

Earthbound-
Uh-oh. Somebody needs to make a thread about Lucas versus Ness war...

F-Zero-
Black Shadow? That's Cpt Falcon and Ganondorf in Melee all over again...

For all the other:

Golden Sun has good characters, but I think they need a companion; Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia.

Pikmin, Animal Crossing, and Retros besides Balloon Fighter are good with me.

For thrid party, it's all a haze.

I just put him in third party section, because status of him being first party or third party is very haze, being honestly. I have that feeling that he is first party, but the picture of square-enix's copyright in Mario and Luigi SuperStar Saga proved that Geno can be third party in some way. I guess they have to share permission or giving them a credit.


I would love to see Geno as first party to see him open the path for Square-Enix's characters such as Crono, Sora, and many characters.

I guess you might be right, because I never play 3rd or 4th generations Pokemon game such as Lucario, but I saw Lucario's movie. I edited my thread and add a claim, that all of my prediction is not "confirmed by any source but only my logic and stuff like that" If Mewtwo is in the game, then I would admit that I am wrong.

I don't think we should make a big deal over one character because of my opinion.

Hmm, It is pretty hard to not let their personal opinion involved with logic and etc. I think I would give Laughing Dog 95%, Geno 100%, Jigglypuff 100%, Princess Kumatora 80%, Phoenix Wright 80% Ridley 99%, and King Dedede 100% if it is pretty based on my personal opinion.

Perhaps that you are right that I should including more reasons and explaining why they should be in game or not.
