Instant DVD recorder problems

Every time I start my Instant DVD recorder program for my Capture Card, I get this:

When I try to re-install it, I get this:

I have no clue what's wrong or how to fix it since It never used to do this before, and Pinnacle Support doesn't acutally exits.
